Barrow Books was established in March 2009; inspired by a passion for quality books- reading, buying and selling them. We buy and sell quality new and second-hand books. All our new books are discounted and our second hand stocks are competitively priced.

The Barrow might not be a proper brick and mortar bookshop (yet) but we believe in selling a curated selection of good literary fiction and non-fiction. We like to think of ourselves as Bibliotherapists; inspiring book lovers with good books and recommendations- providing the right book for the right person at the right time.

A lovely Barrow Books bookmark, a hand-stamped wax paper bag or a good-looking cotton bag accompany each purchase. It is all part of being passionate booksellers and providing a great experience for book lovers.
